These terms apply to all website design, build and care services provided by SCALE STUDIO LTD.

Project scope, timelines and costs are agreed in writing before work begins. Ownership of the finished website passes to you once full payment is received.

Ongoing care plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party hosting or services outside our control.
